Exchange & Returns Policy
At Kalvettu, we strive to deliver the perfect fit and quality every time. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day exchange and return policy from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
Exchange Policy
If your T-shirt doesn't fit as expected, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days.
After receiving and verifying the product, Kalvettu will dispatch the requested size to your address.
Return & Refund Policy
Steps For Return
Pack the product securely. Include the invoice or a sheet mentioning your order number and clearly mention "Refund". Send the parcel to our address.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be initiated within 5-8 working days. Only the product amount will be refunded. Shipping charges, COD charges, and additional fees are non-refundable.
Refund Method
Prepaid Orders
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Cash On Delivery
Refund will be processed via UPI.
Order Cancellation & Important Note
Order Cancellation
Cancellation is allowed only before the order is shipped. Email your order number and the reason to customercare@kalvettu.in. Refund timeline for prepaid orders is 5-8 working days.
Important Note
Customers are responsible for courier charges when sending products back. Reverse pickup is not currently available, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
